Moving is stressful and something I have been dreading for months but let me tell you, from start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience! The Seamen team is thorough, taking stock of your belongings (on sight and even the same day that I called to schedule) before a quote is provided and they follow up timely. The guys arrived right on the dot and we made it two hours under the expected total time, even though they ended up doing a little extra work (taking out some old furniture to be tossed and packing some last minute items). My experience was nothing but delightful.

Mike’s crew was professional, polite, and on time. Moti runs a tight ship and they were in our old place at 9am, out of the new one before 1pm. They made sure to ask me any questions about specific items during the move and were very careful with all of our stuff. The movers packed our kitchen items and did an excellent job. When we fully unpacked, nothing had broken in any way, including boxes we had packed ourselves. They made the whole procedure very easy and couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I will absolutely recommend Seamen’s Moving to my family, friends, and neighbors.

Seamen’s was recommended to my wife and me by our daughter and son-in-law who used them for a local move last year . Service was excellent. We had packed up much of our stuff but the three movers packed the rest and efficiently and timely delivered most of our stuff to our new apartment and the remainder to our storage unit as had been previously arranged. In an era where unfortunately all too many service providers no longer provide top notch service, Seamen’s was a very refreshing example of fine service!

This is my second move with Seamen’s Moving and I love that they send out someone to your house to evaluate and the evaluation is spot on! There are no surprises. The team is professional, kind and fast. They took good care of my stuff and were really thoughtful in putting it in storage so that I had access to items I might need. I highly recommend them!

I’ve used Seamens moving company four times, 3 of which were in the last year. Due to job relocation, they are always the ones that I call and feel comfortable handling my valuables. They treat everything with care. Their staff is respectable, honest and very personable. I’ve dealt with Michael Romano, the Sales Manager, to call and schedule all my moves. Mike is very understanding and his price is affordable and he takes pride in his work. Hopefully I don’t have to move again but I will 100% be calling Mike as I do not even consider other companies. You will get good value but most importantly your things will be treated with respect.

Michael and his team of movers provided a smooth and easy move from start to finish. I was very impressed by the communication follow-up and immediate in-person assessment of our move – on the same day that we called to inquire! The moving team was efficient and carefully wrapped furniture and delivered all items intact. I can’t say enough good things about Seamen’s. From the initial communication, the follow-ups, and a very reasonable quote, we felt optimistic about our move. The actual moving day went above and beyond our expectations. Our movers were friendly, quick, and treated our things with care. We chose to pack our apartment ourselves, and that might be the only thing I would think about changing in the future.

Our experience with Seamen’s was terrific; they accomplished our move quickly and efficiently. The movers were courteous (and masked throughout) and managed to wrap and move even the largest and heaviest furniture pieces with ease. And — something unheard of — they worked so efficiently that they finished under their estimates for time and cost. We were told by several people that Seamen’s was good…they were better than good…they were excellent. We highly recommend them.

If I could leave them 100 stars I absolutely would. The cost was worth every single penny. Throughout the entire process they were super communicative. Our moving crew was Oscar, Sam and David, who were really nice and very efficient. When we pulled up with our U-Haul, I thought unpacking would take all day, but it took less than two hours.Next time I move I will definitely be giving them a call!
